Job Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded Senior Designer to support our talented Run:AI team! The ideal candidate will own the Run:AI brand design assets, including artwork and graphics for advertisements, web, events and the Run:AI offices. You will create, implement, and continually update visual content for Run:AI in keeping with brand strategy and positioning goals. You’ll present creative recommendations to cross functional partners and work closely with marketing teams, freelance designers, copywriters, web developers, product owners and managers, and more. To be successful in this role, you must be resourceful and quick to deliver, with minimal ego and the ability to collaborate well and incorporate feedback from others.

Responsibilities

  • Able to concept and implement highly creative designs for web, mobile, ppt, print and more

  • Evolve the brand in an authentic but ambitious way to help us reinvent as we grow

  • Ability to help us grab someone’s attention, connect emotionally and tell a great visual story

  • Can develop multiple, differentiated creative concepts and solutions and also present on / speak to the merits of each as it pertains to a creative brief and brand positioning

  • Independent and prioritizes their work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growing environment

  • Identifies how to evolve creative by assessing the ever-evolving industry landscape, trends, and competitors

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with expertise in design and art direction 

  • Experience at a B2B company (designing tradeshow booths, ads for linkedin, whitepapers… is a plus)

  • Expert understanding of creative concepting, typography, layout, brand identity, and color usage

  • Advanced usage of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Sketch and Google Suite

  • Advanced expertise in Powerpoint and web design, including expertise in ad specs for the various online ad and social platforms as well as familiarity with wordpress & Webflow

  • Attention to detail is super-important for this role

  • Video editing and animation experience is a big plus

  • High emotional intelligence - designers often have to translate vague “i’m not loving this” from various stakeholders. The right candidate will be confident in their designs, but able to bring out what the ‘client’ was hoping for.
