Start Up Pampers is a team in charge of driving disruptive innovation around communication and consumer digital engagement. This team consists of a virtual joint venture of World class agencies bringing the very best talent and capabilities to transform the Pampers brand from a traditional, every-day, over the shelf brand into a new experience that engages parents in a personalized way and build close relationships with them.

Start Up Pampers is headquartered in Geneva and has 4 hubs around the world. The Budapest Hub is led by Saatchi & Saatchi, hosting a large part of the creative, product and communications teams. Pampers Club as a program has many elements, one of them is a loyalty mobile app nested in a communication ecosystem manned by cca. 45 team members here in Budapest.

Digital expert team (SEO specialist, data analyst)

Our expert team works across brands through all teams of Saatchi & Saatchi Budapest. The team handles all SEO & data related requests from our clients and from the account teams. The team is responsible for strategy, audits, deep analyses along KPIs, traffic and general trends.

SEO specialists and data experts are always welcome who enjoy working with global leading FMCG, pharmaceutical and consumer electronics brands. Large playing field, focused delivery - that is what we are all about!

Technical project management team

The technical project management team includes our experts of website build and website maintenance projects. The project managers are digital-savvy, multi-talented people dipping their toes in different areas of digital marketing. Being in close contact with SEO specialists, UX designers, data analysts and digital designers they truly are the most valuable swiss- knives of our teams. Their work alongside the content specialist is one of the most valuable workstreams that grows at a rapid pace in our team in Budapest. • Confident English skills - we are not just saying that ‘cause it’s trendy, we work 99.999999% in English

• Agility - might sound like a cliché, but we do need you to be able to think on your feet, and not just find, but sometimes create solutions

• Ownership - yes, same old, same old...but the key to your success with us is understanding the big picture and your crucial role in it
