Job Description

We are seeking an associate attorney with 0-2+ years of experience with business immigration. You will be working with a talented group of immigration attorneys in the New York office of our close-knit, bi-coastal and full-service commercial law firm. Duties initially will be focused a full range of diverse nonimmigrant and immigrant matters with access to a growing and exciting roster of clientele. You are a self-starter with a keen sense of responsibility, and you work effectively in groups, going the extra mile to help your colleagues, while also marketing and developing yourself professionally. Qualifications

  •  0-2+ years of business immigration experience required
  • Experience with NIV, IV, and AOS applications
  •  PERM and EB-1 experience a plus
