Jscrambler applies security layers to web applications, granting self-defensive capabilities that enable them to fight any fraud, reverse-engineering or tampering attempts, avoiding data leakage and damages to the customer reputation. 

We are looking for a Project Manager striving to deliver our Web Security Products to Worldwide renowned Customers. You must be ambitious and hands-on, a true negotiator on commitments between our internal teams and the Customers. Our SaaS Products, delivered as a Private Cloud, require good planning, cost estimation, delivery dates negotiation, risk management, SLAs, Quality (e.g. High Availability) and taking into consideration multiple technological decisions (e.g. integrations). Since we work in Security, with world renowned customers, work ethics and professionalism is a must, since we strive to deliver what we promise, when we promise. We work Agile, so we expect you to use Agile Project Management best practices at Jscrambler (training will be provided to improve your skills too).

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the successful Delivery of Jscrambler Services to Worldwide Customers (via individual Projects)
• Report to Head of Engineering the Status, Risks, Problems and Solutions
• Negotiate and plan the Delivery with internal teams and Customers
• Deliver Proof-of-Concept Projects to Leads (around 3 months time)
• Deliver Services to large size customers
• Manage multiple Projects in parallel
• Design, implement and execute streamlined processes, which minimize required resources (mainly time) taken to Deliver

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in similar functions
• Training in Project Management is valued

Skills and Attributes

• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Well organized and quality driven
• Pro-active and capable to think out of the box
• Affinity with Security/Application Security is valued

Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, and already residing in Portugal
