Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate the senior partner's appointments;
  • Manage the senior partner's email account;
  • Complete partners’ timesheets and expense accounts;
  • Arrange and coordinate travel;
  • Participate in meetings and prepare the agenda;
  • Participate in the planning of the resource allocation table;
  • Follow up on new business opportunities and ongoing service offers;
  • Enter project data into Lemay's project management tool;
  • Perform various administrative tasks in collaboration with other team members;
  • Any other related task.

What you’ll need

  • DEP in secretarial studies or any other related fields;
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in the design field, an asset;
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office software, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
  • Knowledge of InDesign, an asset;
  • French and English oral and written fluency;
  • Great flexibility, availability and professional precision;
  • Resourcefulness and ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Proactive approach and great discretion in managing confidential matters.
