Global E-com Tech Business Expert – AEM and Owned Media

The Global E-com Learning & Tech Team is part of the Global function at H&M Online Sales. This relatively new team will focus on onboarding and developing teams and team members in the regional e-com teams.

Job Description

The job as a Global E-com Tech Business Expert H&M Online Sales comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! Some of your responsibilities are:

  • Supporting the regions in their work within your area of expertise
  • Collecting input from the regions regarding needs and pain-points within your area
  • Securing business and end-user input to product teams at Business Tech
  • Give input to BT when setting roll out plans of new functionalities
  •  Identifying need for training connected to new functionalities, methods or WoW + supporting with, or facilitating needed training
  • Participating in testing new functionality/methods before rollout
  • Participating in or facilitating Q&A sessions, workshops, and similar forums to develop and support the sales teams
  • Participating in investigating and solving incidents and problems connected to your area of expertise, for example by supporting Online Operations with your knowledge, collecting information from the sales teams and other colleagues

  • Have recent experience from working with AEM and E-mail + Push
  • Are skilled in the systems, templates, and technical methods we use in the VM + generalist roles, as well as an insight into E-com Communication Planning
  • Enjoy supporting and educating your colleagues with patience and care
  • Enjoy varied tasks from day to day
  • Are a solution oriented problem-solver
  • Have strong and clear communication skills and are fluent in both written and spoken English
