Job Description

The ideal candidate will be someone with two years of experience in business immigration.  We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work proactively both independently and within groups.  This will be a three-month contract role subject to renewal based upon performance and the Firm’s staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of business immigration experience required
  • Business immigration experience with NIV applications (including H-1B and L-1), PERM Labor Certification and IV applications (including I-140 EB-1s and AOS)
  • Excellent writing, communication and client management skills.

This position requires a J.D. and bar admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.
