Job Description

What you will accomplish with us:

  • Produce month-end and year-end entries;
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statements and follow up at the transactional and operational levels;
  • Prepare government remittances;
  • Ensure compliance with and application of business processes, internal controls and accounting standards in accordance with ASPE;
  • Participate in the annual audit process;
  • Participate in the development of annual budgets;
  • Participate in process improvement within the team;
  • Assist the Divisional Controller in the production of various analyses for internal clients.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
  • CPA designation (or process of obtaining) an asset;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a professional services firm an asset;
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to work in an agile, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Precision and analytical skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and resourcefulness;
  • Bilingualism in French and English;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics an asset);
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (and advanced knowledge of Excel).
