Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is the firm's staffing expert. In collaboration with the business partners, the mission is to ensure that Lemay attracts and recruits the best talent, those who will allow the firm to carry out the best projects and continue its growth.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Project Managers, Senior Members, and members of the Talent & Culture team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

What you’ll accomplish with us

  • Implement proactive recruiting techniques to build a pool of qualified candidates;
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations and other sources of candidates;
  • Ensure the quality of the database of potential candidates;
  • Represent the firm at job fairs in colleges and universities;
  • Participate in the development of the firm's internship program;
  • Participate in special projects leading to the improvement of the staffing process in collaboration with the members of the talent and culture team.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing/recruitment and headhunting;
  • Analytical and intuitive skills;
  • Results and customer service oriented;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Good knowledge of the office suite;
  • Bilingual in French is considered an asset, but not required.
