Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position in San Francisco. We are seeking a paralegal with 5+ years of experience preparing a full range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients. Must be a detail-oriented self-starter who has ability to handle multiple priorities and work well independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation
  • Drafting petition support letters
  • Maintaining correspondence with clients and collecting evidence and visa documentation from clients
  • Conducting case audits
  • Corresponding with government officials
  • Maintaining client databases with respect to approval and validity dates of visa petitions
  • Assisting with special projects, as necessary

Qualifications

This position requires a 4-year college degree and 5+ years of experience as a business immigration paralegal, including PERM labor certification.
