Job Description

The Opportunity

Winmo is the highest-rated sales intelligence solution for the media/marketing industry. We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager with 5 years of experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space. This is a great opportunity for someone who has learned the ropes of Demand Generation and is ready to make a comprehensive demand generation strategy their own and run their own playbook. You will be responsible for crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns to engage buyers at every stage of their journey, tracking and reporting on the success of these campaigns. You will generate high-quality leads that turn into customers while ensuring we leverage best technology and scalable practices in achieving great results. You will report directly to our VP Marketing, work closely with sales, product, and content marketing teams, and manage a demand generation specialist to produce high impact campaigns that acquire, engage, nurture, and convert leads into customers. 

A successful candidate should have proven experience in building and executing measurable and successful demand generation programs/campaigns in a B2B environment. We are looking for a self-starter who can both design a strategic demand generation plan and then execute with precision. The ideal candidate is an ever-curious marketer who embraces the art and the science of demand generation and is driven by results.  

Responsibilities Summary 

  • Take charge of a comprehensive US demand generation strategy, support a growing UK demand generation strategy

  • Utilize and enhance all demand gen channels to include email marketing, PPC, SEM, SEO, events, content syndication, lifecycle marketing, user conferences and webinars.

  • Oversee and lead campaigns across all channels to hit 2021 growth plans

  • Understand and report on ROI of all marketing investments. Continual optimization of spend and marketing mix.

  • Partner closely with sales team to optimize close rates of marketing generated leads

  • Obtain a deep understanding of target markets and buyers in order to engage the right people in the best possible way to achieve results.

  • Build and manage a calendar for demand generation programs.

  • Manage and report on the marketing and sales funnel for all programs, including volume at every stage, conversion rates, and velocity from inquiry to sale.

  • Develop and track comprehensive metrics reports and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our lead generation marketing campaigns and spending.

  • Partner with revenue ops on key metrics, including marketing performance measurement, budgeting, strategic planning, process definition, and marketing systems and data.

  • When necessary, select appropriate vendors and partners to hit business goals.

  • Manage a Demand Generation Specialist to accomplish execution of strategic initiatives

  • Define program and campaign budgets and delegate budget responsibilities accordingly.

  • Strong understanding of underlying systems and teams that are key to demand generation success: All Marketing Teams, Sales, Marketing Operations, Hubspot, and Salesforce.

  • Align with overall company branding and awareness strategies.

Qualifications

Required Skills 

We are looking for someone with the ability to influence and inspire the marketing team. You’ll be able to talk through your own playbook for martech and be comfortable working with marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce CRM, Clearbit and more... 

We’d love to see the following experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 3-5 years B2B demand generation experience, SaaS & Martech preferred.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Hubspot strongly preferred) and customer relationship management tools (Salesforce strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated results in improving volume, conversion, and velocity through the marketing and sales funnel.

  • Strategy, project management, budget management, and financial skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Deep understanding and experience with marketing automation systems, nurture tactics, buyer personas and lead scoring, and other key marketing principles.

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

  • Experience setting out and gaining great results from demand generation strategies

  • Development of partner marketing strategy and plans

  • An insight and data driven approach, used to negotiate across functions to drive growth

  • Effective leadership with great communication skills

  • A nice to have but not essential would be some understanding of sales intelligence platforms in the agency/brand space or associated equivalent 

  • Prior experience with automated chat tools a plus.
