As a global talent accelerator, AmaliTech provides free IT training courses to skilled youth in regions of great need. We offer employment pathways into the digital sector, accompanying young tech talents from recruitment to employment.

Our training academies give local youth the necessary digital skills for employment. Subsequently, successful Graduate Trainees are empowered to apply their acquired skills in the local and international job market. AmaliTech Training Academy Limited Ghana has been in full operations since May 2019.

Applicants will be required to complete a coding assessment to understand their strength in coding to assist them in a training programme.

Candidates will enrol in an online and self-paced training for approximately three (3) to six (6) months. Upon successful completion, they would be offered a position as National Service Personnel to join AmaliTech in Takoradi.

At the end of the national service year, successful NSP will have the opportunity to join us on a career journey.

Who Qualifies: This training is targeted at final year undergraduate students who will be completing their studies by June 2022, and are available to begin the online IT/digital skills training programme and be enrolled for 2022/2023 National Service. 

Your Background: IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Programming (Coding) related backgrounds.

Interest: You have a keen interest in computer programming and software development.
