Job Description

  • This role will be working on Workday HCM and Payroll implementation
  • Creating HCM business processes for building integrations between platforms
  • Building integrations between HRIS and AD ID solutions, HRIS and Financial Solutions
  • Perform in the capacity of functional lead in implementing Workday modules

 

Additional Information

  • Expertise in HCM business processes
  • Must have implementation experience of the HCM and Payroll modules
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
  • Must have minimum 5 years of experience in data validation
  • Must have Workday implementations experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HRIS and AD ID solutions, HRIS and Financial Solutions
  • Experience in HRIS integration
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical team members and translating required outputs
  • Extensive excel skills, v-lookup, etc. for data validation and testing with large workbooks
  • Functional lead experience in Workday modules like HCM and Payroll; extensive knowledge of Workday
  • Integration with Saviynt and/or Peoplesoft preferred
