Our Products

We produce lubricants for all sorts of applications, from passenger cars to bikes and even construction machines, at our HQ in Hemiksem, Belgium. We blend these products in bulk as well as for our own two brands, Wolf and Champion. Thanks to the high quality of our products, we managed to engage in premium partnerships like FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) and FIA World Rallycross Championship (WRX).

Job Description

Primary purpose of the function:

You will be in charge of all marketing operations activities, which serve as the backbone of the entire marketing team. This includes setting and following up a strict planning, governance of the deliverables and offering support to other marketing divisions to achieve our common business objectives. 

Responsibilities

Marketing procurement:

  • Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with our internal graphics team, inventorying stock, placing and tracking orders, verifying receipt, and preparing reports
  • Research competitive promotional products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, etc., in line with the current business needs
  • Monitor the complete marketing supplier and agency database, engage in negotiations and follow up on SLA

Marketing performance:

  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and sales data

Marketing processes:

  • Review our current internal processes in order to take our marketing department efficiency and agility to a next level
  • Follow up securely the optimization and governance of our marketing processes in the context of the necessary ISO requirements

Marketing Administration:

  • Monitor the day-to-day administration, including: creating purchase orders, update marketing price lists, invoice management, follow up on logistics, etc.
  • Maintain our internal Digital Assets Management platform to keep it fully up-to-date

Translation management:

  • Localize global marketing materials to the regional needs of our customers
  • Keep a close contact with the translation agency while managing the current process and translation requests

Corporate DNA:

  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications

Job requirements & skills :

  • A bachelor/master degree with a specialization in Business Economics, Marketing, Communication(or a related field)
  • A fluent communicator in English with a basic knowledge of Dutch, any other European language is an asset
  • Excellent planning, organization, project management, and analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and marketing procurement
  • Basic understanding of Financial operations
  • Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in (corporate) marketing, any experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • A true team player driven by results and excellence in the job with a talent of motivating others for going the extra mile
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
