We are seeking enthusiastic and caring people to join our home care assistant team in WESTON AND WORLE.

This is a part time position, but could progress to full time if desired. You will have the same, regular Clients each week, ensuring you get to form bonds and enjoy each other's company.

We are looking for individuals to work in the mornings, and/or in the evenings. You tell us when you can work, and we will provide clients during these times.

As a home care assistant, you will be visiting people in their own home to help them with all elements of their daily routines and provide meaningful companionship at the same time. This may also involve providing personal care care assistance.

Qualifications

The right candidate for the home care assistant role will need to be available some weekdays, plus every other weekend. Guaranteed hours contracts are available (e.g.12, 16, 30 hours p/week), as well as a standard zero hours - which can be discussed at interview. Contract options will be based on your availability. 

No previous care assistant experience is needed, just your natural caring qualities. We will support you with full training, shadow shifts with a Team Leader and introductions to all you new clients.

Having a full, UK driver's licence and your own car is essential due to some tasks that may be involved like shopping trips, taking to appointments etc. 

To cut down on travelling, you should live in, or very close to Weston and Worle.
