Join a diverse and highly professional team
In the SW Products department, we develop software products to our customers, just as we maintain, monitor and refine those products – and if needed, integrate them into our customers' existing logistic systems.

In SW Products, you will meet software developers, engineers, UX, managers and more as we are a diverse and highly professional team of 30 great colleagues, always looking out for each other as well as for our customers. We work in smaller product teams, usually consisting of 3-5 people at a time, depending on the complexity and size of the product.

You will also join our leadership team, focusing on cooperation, engagement and development – both within our software teams and internally in our leadership team, as part of transitioning to a modern software product organization.

Manage our dedicated software teams
As our new senior manager, you will be managing 2-3 teams concurrently, depending on the size and complexity of products, ensuring a strong and sound software development culture within each team.

Your overall responsibility will be to continuously develop and deliver software products within the software product portfolio, according to the product road maps and strategies. You and your team will collaborate closely with other product teams, the project organisation and the product management team to ensure optimal software delivery.

Amongst other things, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling both the personal and professional management and development of your teams
  • Ensuring that our software teams improve software delivery and operational performance
  • Participating actively in the leadership team, in terms of strategi, development, setting targets etc.
  • Ensuring effective, economic and timely deliveries

You are reliable and responsible, and you are able to communicate with people on all professional levels - both your team, customers and internal stakeholders. Lastly, you have an organized and analytical mindset, so that you can easily comprehend complex tasks.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant master’s degree
  • Have solid experience with software development
  • Have experience with leading software teams, preferably within agile software or DevOps methodology
  • Are fluent in English – both orally and written
