Join a great Accounting team
You will join our Accounting team in Aarhus consisting of a handful of experienced accountants who ensure that all accounting-related matters are taken care of in due time. We are a part of the Finance department with a total of 25 people, and we have an informal work environment, flexible seating arrangements and a high employee satisfaction.

Team management and hands-on tasks
As our new accounting manager, your role will consist of hands-on accounting tasks as well as team management, including both professional management and personal development in the team. You will furthermore ensure accurate and efficient accounting and reporting transparency in the Danish legal entity and its branches.

Additionally, your tasks will include:

  • Handling accounting tasks, e.g. accounts receivables, accounts payables, VAT, fixed assets
  • Undertaking reporting and month-end procedures, including balance sheet reconciliations and forecasts
  • Acting as the primary contact to the bank and ensuring correct cash flow statements and analysis
  • Planning budgets and budget processes
  • Taking part in global SAP implementation

Solid accounting experience and an interest in management
An empathetic leadership style combined with solid hands-on accounting knowledge makes you well equipped and motivated to lead an accounting team. You are known as a person who is organised and detail-oriented and always meets deadlines. Lastly, you probably live within driving distance from Aarhus and furthermore have experience working in an international company.

We also imagine that you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience working with financial controlling and accounting
  • Are an IFRS expert and have been responsible for preparing the annual report
  • Have SAP 4/HANA experience
  • Are an Excel superuser as well as a superuser in Power BI or similar
  • Are fluent in Danish and have advanced English skills
