Join our amazing Data Analytics department
Here, 10 data scientists and developers are ready to welcome you. Together, we handle and analyse all the data the BEUMER airport and logistics solutions produce with the aim of adding value to existing customer solutions as well as creating brand new data products for our users.
You will meet a department where the pioneer spirit and willingness to innovate are palpable. We do not hold back when it comes to exploring new technologies, be it within machine learning, AI or advanced algorithms. To us, it is all about finding new data points to foster innovation.

Influence the development of advanced data analytics products
In this role, you will be key in allowing our users to understand and interact with our advanced data product offerings. How do we design our digital data analytics solutions, improve the way users interact with them and make sure we reach the right users in the right way? You will answer these questions in order to target the right users, through the right channel and with the most efficient look and feel to ensure maximum engagement and benefit.

Thus, you will gain intimate knowledge of our customers and their work processes across the different business segments – Customer Support, Airport and Logistics – in close corporation with the data analytics development and data scientist team as well as the sales and system people in direct contact with the customers. Specifically, you will:

• Invest time to identify and truly understand user needs to design interfaces that address those needs
• Design whole-product experiences, ensuring that the initial and long-term experiences of the customer are optimal and evolve as needed
• Be the user's spokesperson at BEUMER and be a key player in defining the new primary user interface for the data analytics products
• Set up processes to develop user experience design, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Visit customers and interact with them regarding designs, opinions, values

• As a minimum, you hold a bachelor's degree in interactive design, communications, graphic design, UX design or similar
• You have solid experience as a UX designer and good prototyping abilities
• You excel in human-centred design approaches, techniques and philosophy and have great concepting, written, oral and visual communication abilities
• You are familiar with agile methodologies
• You might have knowledge of data analytics (Kibana), but this is not a requirement
• You are fluent in English
