Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate with 2 to 4 years’ marketing-related experience to work with the Head of Marketing. A B2B/ tech marketing background is preferable, however, not essential. This is a generalist Marketing role where you will gain exposure to strategic initiatives and hands-on programme management experience. You will have day-to-day responsibility for planning, managing and implementing marketing programmes.
Responsibilities
- Content creation – work with Head of Marketing to develop content plan and content for Yoyo’s corporate website such as whitepapers, blog posts, thought-leadership pieces and product feature announcements
- Communications – quarterly external newsletters and monthly internal newsletters– work with Head of Marketing to develop content plan, design and manage drafting and collation of content from within the business
- Case study library – own the case study development pipeline, creation process and library
- Collateral development – work with Head of Marketing and designers to write and produce/ source marketing collateral to support the business and the launch of its new products
- Traffic management - schedule and manage Graphic Designer’s time and incoming projects
- Coordination and follow-up of marketing activities and programmes
- Ad hoc assistance to Head of Marketing
Requirements
Knowledge
- Marketing experience
- Content writing or editorial experience
- Experience in a Tech/ Mobile/ environment (advantageous)
Skills
- Proficient in managing business correspondence
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing skills
- Ability to organise personal work priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to use standard business software and applications
- Demonstrated ability to remain self-motivated at all times

Qualifications
- Marketing degree / Equivalent marketing-related qualification
- Writing degree
