Job Description

This position will support recruiting efforts across the entire ecosystem, from web developers to video editors, from corporate functions to creative ones, revenue generating roles to support positions - this role will be exposed to the entire breadth of how a SaaS organization functions. With regular access to senior leadership, this is a highly collaborative position that requires the ability to influence both up and down the org chart. 
 
You will own the administration of the recruiting function including scheduling, pipeline management, job description development and posting, phone screens, and online recruitment. You will be an advocate for, and trainer of, the Spear hiring methodology.  

Once hired, you will help guide new hires through the On-Boarding and Immersion experience to ensure our newbies are properly trained, engaged and set up for success. 

Priority number one will be to provide all candidates, new hires and internal key stakeholders with a world class experience. 

You will also own the execution of the employer brand strategy on social media, be highly involved with the Spear Collective (our diversity and inclusion groups) and support other HR initiatives as needed; things like our employee engagement programs and events, our wellness program execution and our community service group. We have a fun culture with a lot going on and this role is a high-profile participant. 

You will have an opportunity to build and flex your muscles in a lot of areas – communication skills (both verbal and written), organizational skills, prioritization, collaboration, innovation, and process creation and management. 
 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Support role
