Job Description

On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as E-com Inventory Optimization Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Demand and Supply team your main mission is to maximize selling, profit and customer experience. As E-Com Inventory Optimization Manager you set- and follow inventory targets and steer the garment flow towards the Online warehouses within the Region. Your key responsibility is to maximize selling, profit and customer experience by securing that we based on customer demand, have the right garments in the right location at the right time. This is done through stock management with supply optimization and forecasting of sales and inventory flow. You are working both strategic and operational together with your Store counterpart and the E-Com Supply & Demand Planning Manager, striving towards a fast, flexible and effective in-region supply chain.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Set, follow up and update allocation % for each warehouse.
  • Drive the allocation strategy towards Online warehouses
  • Communicate with necessary stakeholders regarding allocation exceptions in their markets
  • Align with Online Sales Market in the region on sourcing assumptions to understand forecasted demand per WH and to secure availability
  • Understand customer behavior impact on demand and supply actions accordingly
  • Responsible for Online Supply Chain budget including inbound, moves, and SKUs
  • Align commercial actions affecting garment flow in collaboration with your Store counterpart
  • Collaborate with E-com Demand & Supply Planning Manager to forecast long term garment flow on location level
  • Steer returns garment flow to optimize the capacity
  • Drive OMNI garment moves together with your Store counterpart to optimize stock levels and selling in both channels
  • Constant exploration and implementation of how to improve short and mid-term demand forecasting, allocation and supply optimization together with your Store counterpart and E-com Demand & Supply Planning Manager

  • High analytical skills and an advanced Excel user
  • Broad understanding of Online Sales and Operations, buying and stock management.
  • Deep understanding of logistics operations
  • Structured way of working with a collaborative personality and good communication skills
  • High level of salesmanship
  • Experience from Online Sales Planner, Online Business Controller Merch or Business Controller from Assortment Office is meriting
  • Experience from other analytical roles are meriting
  • Experience from Online Merchandise Manager or Online Visual Merchandise is meriting
  • Programming skills is meriting
