Human Services Management Corporation (HSMC), a shared management services company supporting client human service agencies, is seeking an experienced individual to work as a Human Services Quality Assurance / Compliance Associate.  The Quality Assurance (QA) department ensures client companies, working in the field of Human Services, maintain compliance with both internal and external funding source regulations on an ongoing basis. 

Responsibilities

• Collect, input and display data for reports according to policies and procedures of the department
• Assemble and distribute material for client audit reports
• Update and maintain documentation of HSMC and its client companies
• Collate material for licensing applications and proposals
• Assist in production and distribution of survey materials and survey results
• Perform occasional errands as necessary (may require use of personal vehicle)
• Other reasonably related duties as may be assigned

• Minimum 2 years of office experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’ license required
• Microsoft Excel & office suite proficiency preferred
• Must have ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Must be positive and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• CORI Check will be required for employment
