Are you an RBT looking for professional growth opportunities?

Do you want to work in a center-based environment surrounded by peers and colleagues?

Do you want to work on a multidisciplinary care team?

Would you like to learn new therapy techniques like the Early Start Denver Model?

Join an innovative, new company looking to advance the standard of autism care for families and young kids. Soar Autism Center is a new interdisciplinary clinic providing integrated speech, occupational therapy, behavior therapy (ABA), plus diagnostics and other psychological services to children who have been diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. We craft individual therapy plans in deep coordination with families, setting goals that are ambitious and focusing on building skills that enable children to grow into their fullest selves. We prioritize utilizing and implementing naturalistic, developmentally appropriate interventions that focus on learning through play and supporting the whole child’s growth and development.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized, 1:1 direct behavior therapy to young learners with autism in our state-of-the art clinic facility. You will receive guidance and supervision from our clinical team, who will also set and monitor each learner’s goals and learning plans. You will participate in weekly team meetings to discuss your learner’s progress, and align with the team on next steps. You will have the chance to coordinate and engage daily with other members of our care team in an in-center work environment.

Soar Autism Center provides a paid, 4-week training program for Behavior Therapists who do not yet have an RBT certification. Behavior Therapists with a valid certification receive 2-weeks of paid training to learn our procedures, naturalistic intervention techniques, and get to know their first client. Training, preparation, and learning are highly valued at Soar Autism Center, and we want you to be set-up for success. The Behavior Therapist role also includes opportunities for advancement, career progression, and promotions based on interest and performance.

Both part and full-time Behavior Therapist opportunities are available. We offer a full benefits package to full-time employees including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and extensive professional learning opportunities. Compensation starts at $17/hour for the Behavior Therapist role, and ranges from $17-22/hour based on experience, qualifications, and additional areas of expertise (e.g. dual language speaker, specifically Spanish).
