UX RESEARCHER

Publicis Groupe (Saatchi & Saatchi) is the host company for Start Up Pampers which is headquartered in Geneva and has 4 hubs around the world. The Budapest Hub is led by Publicis Groupe (Saatchi & Saatchi), giving a home to a large part of the creative, product and communications teams. Pampers Club as a program has many elements, one of them is a loyalty mobile app nested in a communication ecosystem manned by cca. 45 team members here in Budapest. 

We are looking for a UX Researcher, whose responsibility is to define, plan, and conduct user research at every stage of the product’s lifecycle, from concept to design to production. If you are passionate about creating personas, evaluations, user-flows/journeys, user-feedback, analysing quantitative and qualitative user research besides of working with designers to build prototypes, then we would like to hear from you!

What will you do beside create amazing work?

  • Providing customer insights to help drive evidence-based product and design decisions
  • Collaborating with other team members, such as designers, product managers, data analysts, to identify best practices and establish a data-driven, human-centric approach
  • Liaising with other user researchers in the co-development and tracking of user-research needs and goals to ensure that user research is consistently supporting product initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for you if have experience in user research or a related discipline such as UX Researcher or strategy, and you are familiar with a variety of user research methodologies, such as interviews and ethnographic-style fieldwork, survey design and analysis, moderating group conversations and running live prototyping sessions. Speaking fluent English, having high-quality planning and organizational capabilities and being digitally savvy are something that we seek!
