ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We are currently looking for a Manager Strategy & Technology (m/f/d) to lead highly innovative projects within the Tech organization.
In this function, you will play a key role in shaping ABOUT YOU’s B2B business, addressing the key target group and setting up the bar in an ever-changing environment of the eCommerce tech industry.

ABOUT YOUR PROJECTS

You will play an important role in shaping the future of ABOUT YOU by addressing core business questions in the high-paced tech and eCommerce environment. Thereby, you will develop a deep understanding of all business & tech aspects of ABOUT YOU and quickly grow a comprehensive strategic and operational skill set. Your work will include strategic growth projects (e.g., conceptualizing and implementing new business models in Tech …) as well as projects enabling our growth organization for both our eCommerce and our B2B SaaS segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement key strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings
• Contribute to the development of ABOUT YOU`s tech organization by identifying and prioritizing major challenges opportunities
• Derive and manage projects to address opportunities from start to end including the conceptualization, creating business cases, developing full project plans managing stakeholders
• Provide valuable input in tech strategy reviews & provide frameworks to ensure high quality discussions by collaborating with stakeholders such as the Core Tech Teams, our Marketing Growth teams or our Business Development team
• Ensure operational efficiency for our growing tech operations in several segments by taking responsibilities in defining, implementing optimizing processes tools

Requirements

• Above average university degree at a top university
• Several years of practical experience in strategy & business development, in a leading tech consultancy, upscaling tech companies, eCommerce or SaaS companies, optionally in a start-up environment
• Stellar analytical skills and distinctive understanding of numbers
• Strong personality to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment
• Intrinsic motivation to actively drive impact in our business activities
• Quick perception and structured working methods
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
