As our new computer vision engineer you will become part of a cross functional team consisting of highly skilled people within mechanical and electrical engineering, data analytics and software developers.
The position is in Aarhus and you will have stakeholders within the organization, both domestically and internationally

Your tasks will include
You will use techniques like deep learning, synthetic image creation, physics simulation and more traditional feature-based methods using best practice and in close contact with customers.

• Employ computer vision algorithms within the BEUMER business areas for products and solutions.
• Participate in the development of new robot solutions for solving complex tasks.
• Work with tools and languages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, C#, C++, CUDA and similar
• Facilitate the optimal choices of hardware like stereo cameras, ToF and LIDAR
• Working with GPU programming, real-time systems, object -identification, -detection and -tracking.

Your background:

• An education within computer science or a related field. Maybe you have a recent graduation.
• An understanding of the fundamentals of computer vision algorithms.
• Knowledge with topics such as computer vision, point cloud processing, machine learning, feature extraction, 2D/3D cameras and light behavior.
• Interest in robot software and technology's in combination with vision applications.
