Job Description

What you will accomplish with us 

  • Produce detailed technical designs drawings and drawing specifications for all stages of design, using Autodesk REVIT and Cloud-Based Collaboration work processes;
  • Assist in the preparation of landscape designs for all aspects of the public realm including : parks and plazas, open space greenways and trails, transportation corridors, streetscapes, recreational space, cultural and natural heritage landscapes, open space master planning, and urban design development etc.;
  • Prepare construction-drawing packages that include grading, planting, irrigation, site layout, and details;
  • Manage, coordinate, and submit documents such as plans and specifications, construction details, and permit application;
  • Collaborate with the Landscape and Urban Design Team to ensure project success and identify specific design objectives;
  • Coordinate and communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with the Landscape and Urban Design Team, clients, sub-consultants, and municipal authorities.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or Diploma in LAT
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in REVIT, Rhino, GrassHopper, AutoCad, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)  
  • Strong design, technical and graphic skills including experience using 3D modelling software
  • Ability to collaborate in transdisciplinary teams
  • French/English bilingualism is an asset
