LeadingAge Nebraska is a dynamic network of non-profit organizations providing services and supports to people as they age. With a mission to expand the world of possibilities for aging, we advocate for public policies and a marketplace that celebrates the gift of aging.

As the CEO for LeadingAge Nebraska you will be asked to provide strategic and operational leadership while ensuring the mission and purpose of the Association are carried out through its programs and services.

In addition to association management, the CEO will identify new membership opportunities for both providers and business members. Advocate on behalf of the Association to various public, private and governmental organizations and agencies. Collaborate with contract lobbyist and engage members in grassroots advocacy. Keep informed about key legislative and regulatory issues in the state and nation. Work collaboratively with the Education Coordinator to help plan and coordinate educational opportunities. Provide consistent and timely communication to the membership and serve as their resource. Participate in LeadingAge National Association forums, public policy development, and Association best practices.

Experience working in or advocating for aging services is preferred. The CEO will report to a Board of Directors who will serve as his or her resource and support
