BEUMER Group A/S is in the middle of a large-scale transformation project – with design, development and implementation of various SAP modules and related tools. The purpose of the implementation is to align ways of working between the main locations at BEUMER Group and at the same time implement new tools to support the daily operation.

Your new job
You will become part of a dynamic Project team and be a dedicated resource for our Senior Project Manager (OCM).
You will be involved in many different tasks within change management and you will have independent areas of responsibility with plenty of opportunity for putting your Change Management competencies to the test.
We offer a job for 10-15 hours weekly, minimum two days a week. The specific working hours will be agreed.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Coordinate the complete Project communication towards all relevant stakeholders together with the Communication department
  • Coordinate the complete Training effort together with the People & Culture Training department
  • Coordinate and facilitate the local key-user organization
  • Prepare and coordinate communication and change management activities towards all Leaders
  • Support the Program Management Team with Planning, Communication and ad hoc analysis


Your competencies
You have a bachelor's degree and are enrolled in a master's degree programme within Organization/Leadership/Communication and ideally focus on Change Management.
You are interested in Change Management in international large privately held companies and with future plans within these areas. Furthermore you:

  • Are a professional and with a strong sense of quality
  • Have excellent conceptual thinking capabilities
  • Are strong in presenting ideas and results in a competent and clear manner
  • Are structured and solution-oriented approach to tasks always supported by facts
  • Are proactive and resilient, and thrive in a challenging, high-paced environment
  • Are positive and eager to learn while performing tasks with initiative, creativity and persistence
  • Are Capable of independent decision making, while at the same time, a team player with a 'can do' attitude
  • Have excellent communication skills - in Danish and English
  • Have a flair for IT and be an experienced user of the MS Office
  • Are positive and contribute with your good sense of humor and energy
