We are looking to hire an Integration Manager to join our London team.

• Owning the onboarding and integration of clients into the SteelEye platform.
• Working with the Sales team to draft scoping of work, integrating the various feeds of data into SteelEye and performing conformance testing with the clients through to sign-off.
• Managing FIX engine configurations with clients, vendors, brokers and sell-side firms.
• Setting up FIX engine conformance testing, validating results and analysing the performance of our FIX engine activity.
• Operational and data support for regulatory reporting (e.g. transaction reporting, pre and post-trade transparency, EMIR, SFTR, SEF).
• Application monitoring for all key systems used by Rates, Credit, FX and Market Data Sales desks.
• Performing testing with internal and external clients.
• Working closely with the Engineering, Pre-Sales and Product teams internally.
• Investigating long-term issues and reporting findings to relevant parties.
• Supporting pre and post-sales client meetings where appropriate.

• Previous experience with:
  • Traded asset classes (rates, FX, derivatives, equities)
  • Front office systems and workflows for financial products
  • FIX protocol
  • Python, Java and JavaScript work
  • Electronic trading platforms
• IT qualifications, preferably Microsoft/Cisco/Linux qualified
• Experience with direct trading floor support is highly desirable
• Knowledge of ETL
• Understanding Data combined with strong Data Manipulation skills utilising Excel
• Problem Solver
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
