Job Description

  • Responsible for pre-onboarding, onboarding and exiting of employees in all levels of positions
  • Process Social Insurance/Housing Fund/Commercial Insurance enrollment/cancellation with related parties
  • Process new hire paperwork, enter new hire data into the HRIS and maintain accurate records throughout employee lifecycle
  • Assist with new hire orientation for new hires
  • Create new employee folders and maintain accurate folders through employee lifecycle
  • Maintain personnel records and complete general filing
  • Execute contract management including probationary review, contract renewal and contract amendment management.
  • Plan and execute daily/quarterly/annual benefits programs to employees, maintain benefits related data and complete analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and related reports associated with payroll.
  • Assist in global employee fitness and recognition program for follow up and execution.
  • Assists in maintaining compliance with national/local employment laws and conducting compliance audits
  • Respond to employment verifications for current and previous employees according with HR policy
  • Assist manager in running HRIS queries in order to respond to Management requests for information
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources or Business degree preferred
  • Desire to learn and progress in Human Resources
  • Strong learning and problem solving ability
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills- Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Publisher, Video Making
