In Helpdesk you are responsible, with your team and in co-operation with IT Support, for ensuring functionality of systems, hardware and network used by JYSK stores and administration in Finland.

Your daily tasks consist of helping stores and administration, managing projects related to new store openings and ensuring that all stores have a good knowledge of procedures related to store systems. You will also participate in testing store systems, administrative routines and procedures. You will also translate materials from English to Finnish.

Helpdesk Team Leader will have reference to Financial Manager in JYSK Finland.
