Job Description

We are looking for a content coordinator to help promote the firm's commitment to transformative and environment-friendly projects. Someone who can bring fresh, innovative ideas and the ability to uncover solutions when the inevitable hurdles stand in the way. What you will accomplish with us 

  • Support media relations, partnerships and various other outreach activities;
  • Prepare and coordinate details of events, conferences and speaking engagements;
  • Assist in the development of original, thought leadership content for the media and our own platforms;
  • Collaborate with our internal experts and ambassadors to write articles and produce presentations and various other marketing communications material;
  • Extract and analyse data as they relate to key performance indicators;
  • Monitor media and competitor activities;
  • Support and contribute to our social platforms to maximize engagement and reach;
  • Support the day to day activities of the Communications team’s internal and external initiatives.

What you need

  • College or university degree in marketing communications or other related field;
  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal writing skills in English and working knowledge of French;
  • A particular interest for brands, design and architecture;
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms;
  • Knowledge of graphic design and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) considered an asset;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, transdisciplinary environment;
  • Availability to occasionally work outside of office hours;
  • Creativity, adaptability, autonomy and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create harmonious and productive working relationships with internal and external partners.
