Covenant.dev is a new game development studio from Warsaw, Poland. As an indie creative house, the company focuses on offering well-executed, fresh gameplay experiences. The first product will be a multiplatform (PC & consoles) title based on an original IP. Covenant is led by Stan Just - an Executive MBA graduate and a former Producer of CD PROJEKT RED & 11 bit studios.

1. Creating, updating, and reporting on the execution of detailed financial plans
2. Verification of the work of the accounting office
3. Financial supervision over all company expenses
4. Contributing to the documentation necessary for the correct settlement of tax reliefs, grants and other financial support instruments
5. Representation of the company before investors, also in public
6. Support in negotiating the company's largest contracts
7. Co-creation of periodic reports

1. Ability to use ERP systems at an advanced level
2. Ability to use MS Office, especially Excel, at an advanced level
3. Ability to use Polish and English languages in speech and writing at an advanced level
4. Experience in working in a similar position in the IT industry, gamedev or entertainment business
5. Good negotiation skills
6. Perfect presentation skills
7. Financial education
8. Experience in Investor Relations and Media Relations
9. Experience in dealing with NewConnect and/or Warsaw Stock Exchange
10. Basic knowledge about video games market
