In our Nordic Food division, we are currently in search of an IT Project Manager with strong communication and management skills.

Job Description

Together with the Regional IT Manager you will work on designated projects in the context of IT Infrastructure & Applications, required for supporting corporate operations. This is a hands-on role that requires can-do attitude to establish close collaboration with the operations, infrastructure, solutions, and project teams in an IT service oriented approach.

Examples of specific assignments:

  • Provide project management expertise and oversight of IT projects for establishing, changing and renewing IT services (infrastructure & applications/solutions)
  • Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery without compromising high quality deliverables
  • Take ownership of IT projects and initiatives and bring them to a successful closure
  • Provide periodic reporting on initiative status, activities and tasks, risk, interdependencies and issues for presentation to Regional IT Manager, senior executives and other major stakeholders
  • Realization of the potential for improvement through optimization of existing organizational structures and processes, as well as the introduction of new standards
  • Preparation and presentation of decision-making material for the management and stakeholders

Qualifications

Professional qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT projects (infrastructure and/or Solutions) and at least 3 year of experience as an IT Infrastructure administrator or engineer
  • Master’s degree (Bachelor also acceptable) in Management, Computer Science or in a similar field
  • ITIL certification or at least deeper knowledge of a project management method
  • Strong customer focused, team oriented communication skills with emphasis on building lasting, trusted partnerships through written and verbal communications with clients of IT in the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with track record of working directly with senior leadership levels / stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, additional language skills in Danish or Swedish
