Job Description

  • Serve as a customer technical contact
  • Interpret standards and apply the requirements to products under investigation
  • Create and implement test procedures
  • Conduct tests in accordance with standards and procedures, record results
  • Ensure that the test equipment is calibrated or tested and operates properly
  • Interface with and update the lab manager and, when required, the  General Manager
  • Review files and reports prepared by project engineers
  • Monitors multiple projects underway
  • Prepare certification reports and related documents
  • Assists department/facility management with quoting
  • Assist Sales with closing new work
  • Other duties as deemed relevant by the management and for which management believes relevant experience exists or can be easily obtained in order to perform such duties

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications: 

  • B.S. Electrical Engineering
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 40 Hrs/week.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Union City, CA are encouraged to apply.
