Job Description

We are accepting applications in our San Francisco office for paralegals. The ideal candidate will possess U.S. business immigration experience preparing a range of business immigration petitions and applications for corporate clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter who has ability to handle multiple priorities at any given time, and who will work well independently and as part of a team. Strong administrative, organizational, communication and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting attorneys in document review and all aspects of case preparation
  • Drafting petition forms and support letters
  • Corresponding with clients and government officials
  • Managing document collection, deadlines, and case tracking
  • Assisting with special projects, as necessary

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Four-year college degree.  Will also accept Associates degree and completion of accredited Paralegal Certificate Program.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, writing and communication skills
  • Preferred: Two or more years of experience as Business Immigration Paralegal
