Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Service Desk Engineer, who will act as the first point of contact for Managed Service customers. The primary objective of the role is to provide quick resolution. This will be achieved by troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues at the first point of contact and/or escalating the error to one of our 2nd or 3rd line teams to investigate and resolve. Throughout the process, you will remain the single point of contact with the customer and maintaining ownership, while providing timely updates and ensuring the error is given the correct level of priority and attention.

Qualifications

You are able to work with all variants of MS Windows, MS Office (2010, 2016 and O365) and MS Teams. You have experience, within incident management (ITIL) and a keen interest in Windows server 2012 and 2016. You have successfully worked with SQL databases, application debugging, e.g. c# /.net.

Alongside your technical skills, it is imperative that you have excellent customer service skills, a pro-active and positive “can do” approach in your work. As well as the ability to articulate solutions clearly and confidently to Eurofins Internal end users. The role will require that you master English and Danish and it is an advantage if you speak other Nordic languages.
Finally, you will be contributing to build a winning team with your co-operative approach and positive attitude.
