We are currently looking for a passionate and creative Working Student to join our Lean Process Development Team for 15 – 20 hours per week!

The Lean Process Development Team mainly supports the Development Teams at ABOUT YOU Tech in structuring and optimizing their projects and processes. To achieve this they closely work together with the top management as well as the tech- & product leads of the company. The teams responsibilities vary from onboarding new team members in tech teams, supporting new leads to grow into their role and providing assistance in finding fitting processes throughout all tech teams, to typical project management tasks like organizing the project team, removing blockers, analyzing and managing project risks, writing agile project plans and keeping all stakeholders up-to-date.

Do you like to continuously increase output, realize learnings and don’t have a problem with quick topic switches? Then you are the right person for the Lean Process Development Team!

What you will do

• Support of running IT projects 
• Get insight into a wide range of projects, processes, tools and state-of-the-art technologies while working with varied teams
• Support the team with daily tasks and become an expert in JIRA and Confluence and other tools
• Identify problems and find efficient and pragmatic solutions for blockers
• Work in an international environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes

Who you are 

• You are an enrolled student in business administration, business informatics, computer science or similar program
• You have a strong and pragmatic personality to work in a fast-moving startup environment
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, self-motivated and communication is one of your strengths
• You can be detailed oriented but at the same time getting things done
• You have good written and spoken English skill

Nice to have:

• Practical programming experience is beneficial
• Experience with development tooling & processes (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
