Job Description
- Set up/configure/improve the following HR System blocks:
- Core, Analytics including Dashboards, Onboarding, Adaptation, Offboarding
- Compensation & Benefits
- Performance
- Careers
- Surveys (eNPS, custom surveys)
- Master data management, profile customization
- Take participation in systems integration (provide investigation upon request, customize blocks, make data mapping)
- Support end-users
- Prepare manuals for the system usage
Qualifications
- Experience in customization and configuration of the HR Software preferably in Saba or other HRIS - WorkDay, Bamboo, TalentSoft, Workforce, or other System
- Experience in the Master Data
- Experience in the integration of different technical solutions (payroll, task management systems, ERP)
- English intermediate+
- Ability to analyze the business requirements and Systems capacity, find alternative solutions to realize the project
Will be a great plus:
- German language ( A2+)
- Understanding of HR cycles
- Understanding of UI/UX
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML
