To achieve our goals, we are looking for a marketing enthusiast in the field of eCommerce marketplaces, who can support us to bring our marketing activities and performance from almost zero to one. The current status of our Platform is pre-launch. You should know about pre-launch marketing strategies and support us to grow our audience and create a mailing list at that stage. For the Product launch, we want you to create a creative ads campaign, that efficiently can convert impressions into app downloads.

• Building a social media audience by using content strategies to increase the followership on several platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube.
• Building cooperations with Influencer / Creators
• Building strategies to increase the conversion rate on our website. Website optimization will be a part of that.
• Using SEO/SEM technics and creating Blog articles and content, to increase the website traffic.
• Create eye-catching ads to promote App downloads after Launch.
• Defining PR strategy and sending out monthly PR Releases

• Excellent German and English skills
• 2-3 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in the area of ​​e-commerce
• Bachelor's or Master's degree and / or professional experience in communication, media management or business administration with a focus on marketing or another business degree
• Profound experience in influencer marketing on Instagram or other social media channels
• Structured approach, strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of relevant marketing KPIs
• Pro-activity and hands-on mentality - you love to work with people, you lead negotiations and sales discussions with our advertising partners from day one
