What you will accomplish with us

  • In collaboration with internal teams, identify the best solutions to improve existing processes and act as an intermediary between IT, users and managers of varying seniority;
  • Take part in the integration of the new ERP system ( Microsoft Dynamics);
  • Complete the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics suite (CRM, Great Plains, PowerBI, Business Analytics);
  • Document daily practices related to Microsoft Office 365 tools and facilitate its implementation;
  • Participate in the review, analysis and modeling of business needs and present concrete solutions related to the firm’s needs;
  • Advise and assisting users with a view to improving and innovating.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology;
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrated database programming skills (SQL);
  • Experience integrating the Microsoft Dynamics suite in a corporate context (essential);
  • Knowledge of business process analysis, design and testing methods;
  • Knowledge of technical and application architecture principles;
  • Strong writing and communication skills, in English and French;
  • Persuasiveness, ability to communicate points and navigate political situations.
