Job Description

Customer Service Admin: Answer phone lines for Water Management.  Schedule Service Techs.  Assist with developing and maintaining outreach to customers, with regular report updates and mailings

Qualifications

Previous Customer Service experience, including phones.  Logisitical ability for ticket scheduling.  Computer skills to include Word, Excel. Type 40 wpm
