Job Description

Are you looking to work in a unique, state-of-the-art environment? Are you a career executive assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Client Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the VP in planning and following up on meetings
  • Carry out tasks related to the VP’s mandates and provide administrative support to her various teams
  • Manage the VP's agenda, communications, follow-up on emails and calls, and schedule meetings
  • Manage projects, special mandates and follow up on activities
  • Participate in the drafting of documents, presentations and reports
  • Write, edit, and translate various documents
  • Organize and coordinate the VP's travel arrangements
  • Plan, organize and coordinate team meetings
  • Participate in the coordination of team events
  • Take notes in meetings and produce related documentation (minutes, agenda, preparation)
  • Coordinate the CX Group's performance appreciation meetings
  • Perform all other related administrative and problem-solving duties

Qualifications

  • College diploma in secretarial studies or office automation
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position
  • Full proficiency in English and French (oral and written)
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Team spirit, proactivity, rigor and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks or projects at once
  • Good judgment, discretion, and respect of confidentiality
  • Autonomous, resourceful, and fast execution capacity
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
