Job Description

Are you looking for new challenges in a fast-growing company? As an IT Director you will join a dynamic and talented team of individuals who are passionate about ISAAC's solution and you will pay close attention to compliance, cyber security, and data protection requirements.

In your role you will be managing these three areas of activity:

  1. External infrastructure dedicated to the product platform (jointly with the R&D team)
  2. Internal infrastructure dedicated to the company's activities
  3. Development and maintenance of internal tools and system integrations (e.g. Salesforce, Genius, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and strategy of the IT department
  • See to the success of the company's business strategy and IT initiatives in conjunction with the R&D VP.
  • Acting as an advisor to senior management on data governance issues
  • Establish the roadmap and annual budget together with the R&D VP
  • Manage the IT team and act as a mentor and motivator
  • Responsible for team calendars and delivery schedules
  • Maintain and manage our Information Security Management System (ISMS, ISO27001)
  • Develop, implement and manage the IT security program
  • Prepare and maintain the CAIQ (Consensus Assessment Initiative Questionnaire) questionnaires required by certain clients
  • Establish an innovative IT infrastructure plan across North America to support our growth and process improvements
  • Manage and participate in the evolution of hosted services, storage solutions, authentication solutions, backup systems, etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of quality and security standards against internal and external threats
  • Develop contingency plans and procedures for cyber security and rapid recovery of essential business activities and services in the event of system failure (Business Continuity Plan)
  • Address security issues with our business partners (Trusted partner network) and other organizations
  • Ensure the supervision of our infrastructure, network & office equipment, virtual environment and data conservation and security
  • Constantly ensure the availability and security of services: Installation, support and client server updates
  • Oversee the development of business intelligence tools and optimize information management processes
  • Document customer procedures

Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Business Intelligence, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in management and in a similar role
  • 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology
  • Knowledge of one or more cybersecurity standards
    ·ISO/IEC 27000 series information security standards and/or certifications
    ·NIST Cybersecurity Framework
    ·US Government FedRAMP certification
    ·Cloud Security Alliance CSA STAR certification
    ·AICPA SSAE 16 SOC 1 Type 2 Certification
    ·AICPA SOC 2 Type 2 Gold certification SSAE 18
    ·ISAE 3402 Assurance Standard applied to information security
    ·CSAE 3416 (Canadian equivalent to AICPA SOC 2)
  • Knowledge of Android, Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Windows Server, Linux and VMware technologies
  • Knowledge of deployment solutions, Mobile Device Management (e.g. MobiControl from SOTI), data backup, Single Sign-On
  • Full proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Good leadership skills and a strong team spirit

  • Technical Certification (VMWare, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Agile, ITIL and other technology process management certifications
