Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with employees and management of certain division(s)/unit(s) serving as a point of contact in problem-solving talent issues of moderate complexity; provide generalist support and advisory services in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources at the business unit or division level:
  •  Ensure the delivery of core HR services
  •  Support the development and execution of strategy and plans from an HR perspective
  •  Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g. performance evaluation, salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change etc).
  •  Administrate talent management and succession planning activity within the division(s)/unit(s).
  •  Prepare and analyse people-related data to help the business make informed people decisions.


Purpose of the position:
We are growing and developing rapidly. Therefore, we need to scale our HR processes and HR practices. This role of HR PP provides an opportunity to influence many HR processes in the company.

Qualifications

Required skills:

  • Strong cross-cultural, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work resourcefully and flexibly with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Solid presentation, facilitation, organizational skills.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Strong competence with the various tools, processes and procedures used to accomplish the job.
  • Practical experience in developing and implementing grading system, total rewards 
  • Experience in forming and developing corporate culture, EVP
  • Leading projects (cross-location is a plus)
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Basic understanding of the impact of people related initiatives/actions on the financial performance of division/unit
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, time management skills
  • English proficiency B1 (Intermediate) and above
