What you will accomplish with us

  • Demonstrate leadership and an understanding of the issues inherent to major transdisciplinary projects;
  • In collaboration with the senior partner, draw up schedules and assign tasks for a team of approximately 30 people;
  • Organize tender and construction delivery;
  • Promote excellence and ensure respect of quality control systems;
  • Lead technical presentations and discussions with clients and construction managers;
  • Ensure compliance with budget, code and municipal regulations;
  • Coordinate the work of consulting engineers and other external stakeholders;
  • Take charge of major issues, identify risks and oversee their mitigation;
  • Effectively communicate project information and updates;
  • Ensure the application of policies, protocols and procedures in effect at Lemay;
  • Implement best practices within the team and assure knowledge transfer.

What you need

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written);
  • Communication skills and political acumen;
  • Ability to manage stressful situations;
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in the field of architecture;
  • Experience managing over $100 million in projects over the past five (5) years;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite software;
  • Good knowledge of Revit is an asset;
  • Ability to manage several files simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Professional or university degree in architecture;
