Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Provide quality IT support for end-users;
  • Perform hardware and software installations;
  • Perform user, hardware and software accounting;
  • Documentation creation and maintenance;
  • Be initiative and positive team member. 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • Previous experience as an IT Support Specialist; 
  • MacOS support knowledge would be an advantage; 
  • General Windows support knowledge; 
  • Experience in user hardware troubleshooting; 
  • Good spoken and written English; 
  • Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation; 
  • Calm, responsible, initiative, self-organized, eager to learn.
