Job Description

The Sales Representative will drive workshop attendance and membership upgrades for their business unit. They will be pipeline management experts, tapping into key opportunities to support business growth. You are a phone sales rock star ready to make an impact in a strategic, dynamic environment!

Job Duties:

  • Drive Doctors to sign-up/attend workshops in support of revenue goals
  • Proactively manage pipeline and identify membership upgrade opportunities
  • Place upwards of 40 outbound phone calls each day to effectively reach targets
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on important accounts
  • Communicate with teams on progress updates and strategize when presented with challenges and roadblocks
  • Utilize Netsuite for pipeline management, including; completing tasks, creating and ensuring updated opportunities status at all times for 100% of prospects.
  • Leverage available reporting tools to identify and prioritize prospects and outreach strategies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in an outbound sales environment within an organization with membership complexity similar to Spear’s required
  • Strong pipeline and CRM management experience required
  • Sales & Account management background preferred
  • Data analytics experience in a sales environment preferred
