To bring this vision to life, we are creating an employee experience platform that continuously polls employees to understand their sentiments and helps an organization measure engagement and take actions to improve it.

Location - Gurgaon and Kochi.

What will keep you engaged: 

• Using your 5+ years of hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development to build elegant solutions.

• Channeling your strong customer-focused mindset to build product features by owning them from ideation to deployment in a client production environment

• Leading design discussions on application architecture, UI components,back-end and third-party integration

What expertise you will need:

• Experience in leading engineering teams

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience in working with Angular

• Fluency in any one of these languages - Python, Ruby, NodeJS or Go (we use Python)

• Expertise in working with DynamoDB or other NoSQL Databases

• Experience working on AWS platform for development

• High degree of comfort with Agile development methodology and more importantly the ability to thrive in in an agile environment

• Prior app development experience on Slack or Microsoft Teams will be a huge plus.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams
